Terms of Use – Celebunch

Welcome to Celebunch (“we”, “our”, “us”)! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Celebunch platform (the “Platform”), which connects fans (“Users”) with celebrities (“Celebrities”) for personalized experiences such as appearances, video calls, event invitations, and other interactive opportunities.

By using Celebunch, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Celebunch.

• If under 18, you must use the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

• You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration.

  
  

2. Our Role

• Celebunch is a technology platform that facilitates connections between Users and Celebrities.

• We are not a party to any direct contract between Users and Celebrities.

• We do not guarantee any specific experience, outcome, or performance by either party.

  
  

3. Account Registration

• Both Users and Celebrities must register to use the Platform.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

• Celebunch is not responsible for any unauthorized activity on your account.

  
  

4. Bookings & Payments

• Users may book Celebrities for experiences based on either:

  • A fixed price, or

  • A reserve fee + custom pricing model after approval and negotiation.

• All payments are processed through secure payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay).

• Celebunch may deduct service or processing fees from bookings.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Celebrities must accept or reject a booking within 3 days.

• If the Celebrity cancels or does not show up, Users may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

• If the User cancels, the refund eligibility depends on the timing and experience type.

6. User & Celebrity Code of Conduct

Users (Fans) must:

• Treat Celebrities with respect and courtesy.

• Avoid harassment, offensive behavior, or recording without consent.

• Follow platform rules and safety guidelines.

Celebrities must:

• Honor accepted bookings and behave professionally.

• Arrive on time and complete the booked experience unless exceptional circumstances arise.

• Avoid discriminatory, unprofessional, or unsafe conduct.

  
  

7. Dispute Resolution

• Users must report issues to support within 24 hours of the experience.

• Celebunch will review disputes and may mediate communication or compensation.

• Our resolution decision shall be final, and we reserve the right to issue full, partial, or no refunds based on the case.

  
  

8. Platform Content and Intellectual Property

• All content on Celebunch (text, logos, images, videos, etc.) is owned by us or licensed to us.

• Users may not copy, reproduce, or use platform content for commercial or illegal purposes.

• Any user-submitted content (e.g., reviews, feedback, or event photos) may be used by Celebunch for promotional or platform-improvement purposes.

  
  

9. Limitation of Liability

• Celebunch is not liable for:

  • Celebrity behavior, delays, or cancellations.

  • Physical or emotional damages during real-world interactions.

  • Technical issues with the platform or third-party services.

• You agree to use Celebunch at your own risk.

  
  

10. Account Suspension or Termination

• We may suspend or terminate any account (User or Celebrity) for:

  • Providing false information

  • Harassment or unsafe behavior

  • Repeated cancellations or poor conduct

  • Violations of these Terms or any applicable law

    
    

11. Modifications to the Platform or Terms

• We may modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

• Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the new Terms.

  
  

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Chennai.
