At Celebunch, we are committed to providing a safe, transparent, and exciting experience for both fans and celebrities. However, as a platform that connects third-party users (fans and celebrities), there are certain boundaries to our responsibilities.

1. Platform as a Facilitator Only

• Celebunch acts only as a facilitator between fans and celebrities for the purpose of scheduling, coordinating, and managing various experiences (video calls, event appearances, meet-and-greets, shout-outs, etc.).

• We do not own, control, or employ the celebrities or users participating on the platform.

2. No Guarantee of Event Outcome

While we strive to ensure successful experiences:

• We cannot guarantee the performance, behavior, or participation of any celebrity or fan.

• Any technical failure, miscommunication, or incompletion of events due to personal or unforeseen issues lies outside Celebunch's liability.

  
  

3. User Conduct Responsibility

Each participant is solely responsible for their conduct, before, during, and after an event.

• We strongly prohibit any abusive, illegal, or inappropriate behavior during interactions.

• Celebunch does not assume responsibility for misconduct by either party.

• We reserve the right to take disciplinary action (including bans, wallet holds, or legal reports) if complaints arise.

  
  

4. Third-Party Tools & Communication

• Any interactions or calls that happen outside of Celebunch-approved tools or scheduling mechanisms are at your own risk.

• We are not responsible for damages, scams, or miscommunication that occur via third-party channels.

  
  

5. In-Person Events Disclaimer

For real-life events (e.g., weddings, functions, lunches):

• Celebunch does not guarantee the safety, punctuality, or environment of the physical venue.

• All safety arrangements (venue, transport, security) are the responsibility of the fan or organizer.

• Celebunch is not liable for any physical injury, theft, property damage, or emotional distress during these experiences.

  
  

6. Force Majeure & Unexpected Situations

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by:

• Illness, emergencies, or personal reasons

• Natural disasters, power failures, internet breakdowns

• Legal orders or government restrictions

In such cases, rescheduling or partial refund decisions are made case-by-case at Celebunch’s sole discretion.

7. No Liability for Financial or Emotional Loss

By using Celebunch:

• You agree that we are not liable for any emotional dissatisfaction, missed expectations, or loss of time.

• Any money spent on bookings or invites is your voluntary decision, and refunds are governed strictly by our [Refund Policy].

Users agree to indemnify and hold Celebunch harmless from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from:
