Refund & Payment Policy – Celebunch

This Refund and Payment Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled on the Celebunch platform (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the platform, you agree to abide by this Policy in conjunction with our Terms of Use.
1. Payment Terms
We offer two types of booking models:
Fixed Price Model
The total price is declared by the Celebrity at the time of listing.
Full payment must be made by the User at the time of booking.
Reserve Fee + Final Price Model
The User pays a Reserve Fee upfront to express interest.
The Celebrity reviews the invite and either:
Shares a fixed price, or
Provides a price range for Celebunch’s negotiation team to finalize.
The final price is shared with the User, who must pay the balance amount within 3 days.
2. Experience Timeline
Celebrities must accept or decline within 3 calendar days of the request.
Once accepted, the final experience must take place before:
The event deadline entered by the User, or
A maximum validity period set by Celebunch (e.g., 15 or 30 days from booking), whichever is earlier.
3. Refund Eligibility
Full Refunds
Celebrity declines or fails to respond within 3 days.
Celebrity cancels the experience or fails to appear.
Celebunch is unable to coordinate or fulfill the experience within the timeline.
In case of any technical error (e.g., duplicate payments).
Partial Refunds
Fan cancels the booking after acceptance but before final confirmation:
A platform fee (usually 10–20%) may be deducted.
In reserve-fee model, the reserve fee may be non-refundable unless:
The Celebrity cancels.
The negotiation doesn’t conclude or is rejected by the platform.
No Refunds
User fails to pay the balance after reserve fee confirmation within 3 days.
User does not show up or is unresponsive at the time of experience.
Event deadline is crossed due to delays from the User’s side.
Violations of our Terms of Use, misconduct, or policy abuse.
4. Refund Process
Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Payments will be refunded only to the User's Celebunch Wallet for fans and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
Platform credits (wallet balance) can be used for future bookings on the Celebunch platform.
5. Celebrity Payouts
Payments received by celebrities for completed and approved bookings will be credited to their Celebunch Wallet.
Celebrities can withdraw funds from their wallet in multiples of ₹500, provided the wallet balance is ₹1,000 or above.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Celebunch reserves the right to hold or delay payouts in cases of suspected fraud, policy violations, or disputes related to a booking.
6. Payment Methods
We accept payments through:
Credit/Debit Cards
UPI
Net Banking
Razorpay (our authorized payment gateway)
All transactions are secure and encrypted. Celebunch does not store your card or bank details.
7. Taxes & Charges
All prices are inclusive of GST (if applicable), unless otherwise stated.
Celebunch may charge a service fee or convenience fee, which will be shown before checkout.
8. Incorrect Transfers or Refunds
If any payment or wallet credit is mistakenly sent to a user or celebrity due to technical error, manual mistake, or any other reason, Celebunch reserves the right to reverse or recover the amount.
The recipient is obligated to cooperate in returning the funds immediately upon request.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any refund-related disputes must be reported to mustafamns3a@gmail.com within 24 hours of the scheduled experience.
Our support team will assess the case and provide a resolution within 5–7 business days. Celebunch’s decision shall be final and binding.
